David brings a deep passion and well-rounded background in real estate to his role at Promerita Realty. In addition to growing up in his family business of property maintenance and commercial contracting, David studied at UBC’s renowned Sauder School of Business where he graduated with a commerce degree specializing in real estate. At Sauder, David founded the Vancouver Housing Market Club and served as its founding President. The Vancouver Housing market Club works with leaders from the real estate industry and academia to educate students about real estate investing and financing. He has also worked in real estate investment and financing for a private family office, was on the real estate development team for a boutique Vancouver-based multifamily developer and served as a property manager for a licensed property management company where he helped to oversee renovations and other capital projects. To complement his experience, David has completed all of the educational requirements for sub-mortgage brokerage, realty services and property management.

Outside of work, David is a cycling enthusiast and enjoys international travel.
