Born in Hong Kong, but having completed the majority of his education and business experiences in Canada, and having lived in Hong Kong, Toronto, Victoria, Vancouver, and Ottawa, Leo is fluently multilingual and brings a strong cross-cultural understanding of various Canadian regions and international markets to his role at Promerita.

As a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Leo was actively engaged in marketing and advertising throughout his undergraduate studies. Leo has completed advanced education in real estate transactions, brokerage management & operations and is involved in the management of Promerita’s realty services company as an associate broker. Leo is dually licensed within both British Columbia and Ontario for real estate trading services. In addition, Leo is a member of both Ontario & British Columbia Real Estate Associations and the Canada Real Estate Association. Leo holds course certifications for project management from McGill University School of Continuing Studies as well as for architectural studies from HarvardX. To complement his award-winning, professional background in real estate, Leo also has significant experience in large scale project marketing, retail management, international marketing, and business development.

Outside of work, Leo enjoys international travel, watching professional sports, playing chess, studying history and new languages, hanging out with his cat MrKatt, and occasionally picks up his drumsticks as an amateur percussionist.
